Master SaaS & Service License Agreement — Summary (LazyCy)

LazyCy, Inc. provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools for Amazon sellers. By using our services, you agree to the following summarized terms:


1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By subscribing or using our platform, you accept these Terms of Service (TOS).

  • If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.


2. Access & Restrictions

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use LazyCy’s software via a web browser.

  • You may not copy, resell, modify, or use the service for competing products.

  • Misuse, illegal content, or unauthorized automation is strictly prohibited.


3. Data Protection

  • We follow industry standards and Singapore data protection laws to keep your data safe.

  • In the event of a breach, you will be promptly notified, and remedial action will be taken.


4. Payment & Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly, quarterly, or annually unless canceled.

  • Payments must be made via Stripe. Late or failed payments may result in suspended access.

  • Pricing may be reviewed and adjusted annually.


5. Term & Termination

  • The agreement starts when your subscription begins.

  • You may cancel at any time; we may also suspend or terminate access in case of violations.

  • Upon termination, we are not obligated to retain your data.


6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • LazyCy retains all rights to the software and related materials.

  • You retain ownership of your personal data.


7. User Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use (and your team’s use) of the service complies with all laws.

  • We are not liable for how your organization handles HR, content, or legal compliance.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • LazyCy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • In case of serious failure, you may be eligible for a refund of unused subscription time.


9. Legal Terms

  • The agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.

  • Any disputes will be handled in Singaporean courts.

  • If any part of the agreement is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
